We're talking with Melodie Reagan. Melodie doesn't just lend her presence and expertise - she get's right in the mix, takes her gloves off and makes a difference. You may remember her tenure as president of TiE Rockies, she founded the Women's Business Executive Network and has a passion for promoting women. Why Moxie Exchange? The reason she loves Moxie is because it's structured and its focus is to help women up their game. It's creating a community between women leaders that are out there, so it's very different in that regard. The other thing that Melodie wants to highlight, because it's really important, is that business really needs women leaders more than ever.
